Job Title: Head of IT
Reporting to : Chief Executive Officer
Location: Karachi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 15+ years in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (must have experience in any pharma company)
About the Role:
A reputed and fast-growing organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of IT to lead its technology function.
This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in strategic planning, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and digital initiatives
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and internal teams
- Ensure robust data governance and regulatory compliance
- Drive innovation and modernization of legacy systems
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive IT experience; minimum 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity
- Proven experience in digital transformation projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
