Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy individual who can efficiently handle both administrative operations and data analysis tasks. The ideal candidate must have strong command over MS Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day office operations and provide support to multiple departments.

Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, documentation, and office records.

Manage export-related paperwork, including invoices, purchase orders, and shipment files.

Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems.

Draft and manage office communication, emails, and scheduling.

Ensure smooth workflow through coordination across teams.

Data Analysis Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize operational and sales data.

Develop and update dashboards, reports, and performance summaries.

Identify trends, discrepancies, and insights to assist management decision-making.

Maintain data accuracy across all sheets and databases.

Assist in process improvements based on data-driven analysis.

Requirements:

Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (Bachelor's preferred).

Prior experience in administration, data analysis, or a combined role (preferred).

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.

Strong analytical mindset, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Excellent multitasking, communication, and time-management skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Must live at a commutable distance to Township A1, Lahore (mandatory).

Willingness to learn and grow in the export and operations field.
