Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Islamabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Daily tasks include assisting customers, managing sales transactions, providing product recommendations, and handling customer inquiries. The individual will also contribute to training programs for new team members and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Experience in Training and Sales Management to mentor and motivate team members
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and goal-oriented with good understanding of retail or sales environments
  • Prior experience in retail or a similar customer-facing role is a plus
