About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer (Male) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations, labour laws, and employee relations, along with a passion for fostering a productive and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Support payroll preparation and maintain attendance records.
  • professionally handle employee queries and grievances.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate with management for performance evaluation processes.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, files, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
