Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR operations, ensure smooth implementation of company policies, and support both employees and management in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and selection process (job postings, shortlisting, interviews).
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes.
  • Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of industrial experience in HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
