Brand Spectrum Private Limited is a leading Digital Marketing Agency, looking for a proactive Influencer Marketing Manager to oversee analytics, reporting, and insights across both influencer marketing and public relations initiatives. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of digital and traditional media landscapes. The ideal candidate will track and measure campaign success, ensure transparency in reporting, and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting and Analysis:

  1. Track and analyze performance metrics for influencer marketing and PR campaigns, including reach, engagement, sentiment, conversions, and ROI.

  2. Prepare detailed post-campaign reports, showcasing performance trends, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

  3. Monitor key metrics like impressions, website traffic, media mentions, and influencer-driven sales.

  4. Benchmark campaign results against industry standards and provide insights into competitor performance.

  5. Collaborate with influencers and PR teams to collect and consolidate campaign data such as social insights, screenshots, and media clips.

  6. Maintain and update a centralized database of influencer collaborations, deliverables, and outcomes.

  7. Use influencer marketing platforms to track campaign results and ensure data accuracy.

  8. Provide insights into influencer selection and their impact on brand objectives.

  9. Support budgeting decisions with data-backed recommendations on influencer spend and ROI.

  10. Monitor media coverage and create comprehensive reports on PR campaign performance, including reach, tone, and brand visibility.

  11. Identify key media trends and opportunities to enhance PR efforts.

  14. Provide actionable insights to optimize both influencer and PR strategies.

  15. Assist in identifying trends and opportunities in media and influencer landscapes.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.

· 4+ years of experience in reporting or analytics for influencer marketing, PR, or a similar field.

· Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present insights clearly.

· Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and PR metrics.

· Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Stay updated with the latest influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and influencer marketing regulations.
  • Maintain campaign data, reports, and performance metrics using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
