Position Purpose:
We're looking for a sharp, strategic Performance Marketing Lead – Google Ads to manage paid campaigns and lead a small team across multiple client accounts. You'll be hands-on with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max), drive results, and make sure everything runs smoothly from setup to reporting.
If you're great at managing people, optimizing performance, and turning ad spend into real results, this is the role for you. You'll work closely with clients and team members to hit goals, stay on budget, and find new ways to grow.
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
- Certification(s): Not mandatory, but Google Adword or any other relevant certification is a plus/
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of proven working experience in a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Google Ads Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and bidding strategy development.
- Write and test compelling ad copy and creative variations for performance optimization.
- Track and optimize campaign performance to meet or exceed client KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.).
- Team & Project Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of paid media specialists, ensuring quality control and timely campaign delivery.
- Allocate tasks, set priorities, and monitor the day-to-day progress of campaign execution.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance reviews to build a high-performing team.
- Oversee campaign calendars, budgets, and timelines across multiple clients simultaneously.
- Cross-Platform Coordination:
- Oversee and support campaign execution on other ad platforms as needed (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to align campaign strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Initiate and lead performance reviews, audits, and campaign post-mortems.
- Client Communication & Reporting:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication regarding paid media.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, strategic updates, and actionable insights.
- Establish clear goals for each campaign and align with client expectations.
- Provide expert consultation to clients on trends, improvements, and scaling opportunities.
- Analytics, Optimization & Innovation:
- Monitor ad spend, conversions, and funnel performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Conduct A/B tests, landing page reviews, and funnel optimization to improve performance.
- Stay current with trends in PPC, industry changes, and Google Ads policy updates.
- Drive innovation by exploring new tools, automation strategies, and beta opportunities with ad platforms
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns at scale.
- Proven experience leading a team in an agency or multi-client environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising principles, conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics.
- Google Ads Certified (Search, Display, Shopping, etc.) preferred.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with e-Commerce, lead generation, or SaaS ad campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, Unbounce) and CRM integrations.
- Comfort with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar for research and competitive analysis.
