Role Overview:
We're looking for a proactive and driven Marketing Specialist who has experience marketing to the U.S. healthcare audience. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of healthtech marketing and is comfortable owning campaigns end to end. The right candidate will bring strong execution skills with a strategic mindset, and there will be opportunities to grow within the team over time.

This is an on-site role that requires working in alignment with U.S. time zone (5PM to 2AM).
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting U.S. healthcare providers, decision-makers, and stakeholders.

Craft compelling content for the U.S. market including blogs, case studies, email campaigns, social media, and white papers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.

Manage and optimize lead generation funnels using marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).

Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and engagement.

Stay updated on U.S. healthcare market trends, competitive landscape, and EHR industry developments.

Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.

Support larger strategic initiatives and assist in evolving the marketing function as the company grows.

What We're Looking For:
3–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in healthtech, EHR, or SaaS focused on the U.S. market.

Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, provider landscape, and buyer personas.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for a U.S. audience.

Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.

Self-starter mindset and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Willingness to work on-site and operate within U.S. business hours.

Preferred but not required
:

Previous experience in a scaling healthtech or EHR company.

Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, or other U.S. healthcare compliance topics.

Experience mentoring junior marketers or taking ownership of key strategic areas.
