Job Role: Business Development Executive
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients for IT & marketing services.
- Identify business opportunities through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn automation, cold emailing, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in an IT or marketing agency.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Performance Marketing, Web Development).
- Experience working with international platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn automation).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
