We (QMH Technologies) are a growing organization with a team of around 100 employees, committed to excellence and continuous improvement. To support our people-focused vision, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage and enhance our Human Resources functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and offer letters).
  • Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Prepare HR-related reports for management.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Performance & Development
  • Assist in implementing performance management processes (appraisals, feedback sessions).
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in the HR department of a renowned organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HR software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
