by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). We are pioneering modern, AI-driven real estate fund management platforms in Pakistan with a vision to launch and scale multiple REITs across developmental and rental asset classes.

As part of the ATMT Group, we operate across real estate, technology parks, infrastructure, and financial services. We are now seeking a Head of
Finance / CFO
who can lead group and REIT-level finance with innovation, discipline, and deal-closing agility

Role Overview

The
Head of Finance
will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, leading:

  • Financial strategy and group-level consolidation
  • Treasury and liquidity management
  • Capital market transactions and investor relations
  • Governance, compliance, and digital transformation of financial systems

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines traditional finance with digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Capital Markets

  • Design and oversee financial models for REIT schemes, IPOs, and fund-raising.
  • Lead capital allocation, investor reporting, and profitability tracking.
  • Manage relationships with PSX, CDC, SECP, Trustees, Auditors, and Financial Advisors.

Treasury & Cashflow Management

  • Implement modern treasury tools for liquidity, hedging, and forecasting.
  • Oversee disbursement, compliance with GAAP/IFRS, and REIT Regulations 2022.
  • Drive innovative financing solutions (Sukuk, TFCs, Commercial Papers, etc.).

Group Accounting & Consolidation

  • Prepare and consolidate group-level financials across ATMT entities.
  • Ensure timely reporting to the Board, investors, and regulators.
  • Align intercompany accounts and reconciliations for transparency.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with SECP, SBP, FBR, and REIT regulatory frameworks.
  • Oversee audit readiness, risk management, and internal financial controls.
  • Coordinate with Trustees and Shariah Advisors for transparent operations.

Digital & AI-Enabled Finance

  • Deploy cloud-based ERP and finance systems for real-time visibility.
  • Build AI-driven dashboards for forecasting and investor reporting.
  • Champion data integrity and digital transformation across finance functions.

Leadership & Team Building

  • Build and mentor a lean, high-performing finance team.
  • Integrate finance with operations, compliance, and investor relations.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board.

Ideal Profile

  • Qualification:
    CA, FCCA, CFA, or MBA (Finance)
  • Experience:
    10+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, asset management, or REITs
  • Proven expertise in:

·      Capital markets, IPOs, and fund-raising

·      Group-level accounting and consolidations

·      Treasury management and financial controls

  • Tech-forward mindset with experience in ERP and digital finance tools
  • Strong track record of execution and regulatory engagement with SECP, PSX, and Trustees
  • Entrepreneurial, KPI-driven, and comfortable in a lean setup
