South Air, an upcoming premium airline under the SOS Group of Companies, is inviting applications for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a strategic leadership role to build South Air's financial future as we prepare for launch and expansion.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and compliance.


• Develop and implement capital structuring, Sukuk financing, and IPO roadmap.


• Establish global financial linkages with banks, lessors, and investors.


• Ensure regulatory compliance with PCAA, SBP, and other financial authorities.


• Drive budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and investor relations.


• Advise the Board on ROI, revenue enhancement, and cost optimization.

Eligibility & Requirements


• Professional Qualifications: CA / ACCA / CFA (Master's in Finance/Economics preferred).


• Experience: Minimum 15 years in senior finance roles, with at least 5 years as CFO/Deputy CFO in a large organization (aviation/transport/financial services background preferred).


• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, aviation economics, and capital markets.


• Proven record in fundraising, Sukuk/IPO planning, and investor engagement.


• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
