
Technical Sales Executive

Location: Lahore (with national travel as required)
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (Mechanical / Civil / Industrial Engineering preferred)
- 2–5 years of sales experience in construction fixings, chemicals or allied industries
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of fixing & fastening solutions (anchors, sealants, foams, firestop, etc.)
- Conduct site visits, product demos and technical presentations for contractors & consultants
- Build relationships with key accounts and distributors
- Meet monthly & annual sales targets and ensure payment collections
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Familiarity with construction sites & project-based selling
- Strong communication, coordination & customer engagement skills
- Self-driven, with a solution-selling approach
