About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team on a part-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales, with a passion for driving growth and building long-term professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international and local markets.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
- Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with international job platforms, B2B services, or IT industry will be a plus.
- Candidates from Pakistan are highly preferred.
