Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior Project Engineer
to join our EPC team and lead the execution of large-scale solar projects across Pakistan. The ideal candidate has proven experience in delivering
megawatt-level solar installations
, excellent site management capabilities, and strong technical understanding of PV systems, BOS, inverters, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise MW-scale solar project execution from site survey to commissioning.
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and technical resources to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of PV systems, structures, cabling, protection systems, and inverters.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering designs, and HSE standards.
  • Coordinate with procurement, design, and project management teams to streamline execution.
  • Prepare project documentation including progress reports, checklists, BOQs, and as-built drawings.
  • Troubleshoot on-site technical issues and propose practical, cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years
    of hands-on project execution experience with a reputable EPC company.
  • Proven track record in
    MW-scale solar PV projects
    (commercial/industrial/utility).
  • Strong knowledge of PV system design, structures, installation, and commissioning.
  • Ability to manage teams and handle multiple project sites.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree in Electrical / Mechatronics / Renewable Energy Engineering preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
