Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Customer Relationship Officer. The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, dealing with customer inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, and handling sales and finance-related activities. The officer will also engage in effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Relationship Management
  • Finance skills relevant to managing and overseeing transactions
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Sales experience and the ability to generate new business
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
