Sales Executive – Confectionery Products

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage sales of confectionery items such as waffle rolls, jellies, and pillow bites across assigned regions nationwide.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure consistent product availability.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring visibility and market penetration.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to suggest promotional strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and coordinate with production and marketing teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in the confectionery or FMCG industry, preferably with renowned brands such as Hilal Foods, National Foods, Candyland, Ismail Industries, Mayfair, or Bisconni.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be willing to travel nationwide for market visits.

Pay: Rs150, Rs200,000.00 per month
