Responsibilities:

· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (sourcing, screening & interviewing).

· Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to define role requirements and create job descriptions.

· Source candidates through multiple channels including ROZEE.PK, Indeed, LinkedIN, social media, referrals, and networking.

· Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate technical interviews with the technical team.

· Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of proven experience in technical recruitment (preferably in a software house or IT environment).

Strong understanding of technical roles such as Front-end, Back-end, Mobile Developers, DevOps, ML, QA Engineers, Social Media Marketer etc.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple positions simultaneously.

This position will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth hiring for technical teams and building a strong talent pipeline.
