Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Representative, located in Lahore. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication. Additional tasks include resolving customer issues, offering advice, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
