Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Officer, located in Lahore. The Customer Care Officer will handle Customers' equipment maintenance, customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Tasks include ensuring timely periodic maintenance, managing communication with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing efficient solutions to enhance customer experience. The Customer Care Officer will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communicative abilities
  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in team settings
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, HR , Business Administration or related.
