What You Will Do?

  • Prepare reconciliation for all ledgers including BRS.
  • Liaise with warehouse team for completion of inventory record.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring stock is available to meet demand without overstocking.
  • Posting of all business transactions in ERP.
  • Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise with vendors to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Generate reports on accounts payable activities and provide insights to management regarding cash flow and outstanding liabilities.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of accounts payables to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
  • Ensure 3 Way Matching concept for recoding AP invoices in ERP.
  • Prepare different reports as per Management request.

What You Will Bring?

● Bachelor's degree in commerce or accounting or its equivalent

● Minimum 2 years of experience as an accounts executive or in a similar role

● Sharp eye for identifying irregularities

● Excellent skills on Google and excel sheets.

● Good verbal and written communication skills
