Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media Manager with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing brand presence, and ensuring engaging and consistent content across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals

Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others

Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interactions

Collaborate with the design and video teams to produce creative content

Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing

Plan and execute content calendars and promotional campaigns

Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field (completed)

6 months to 1 year of experience in managing social media for a brand, agency, or organization

Strng understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement

Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail

Proficiency with social media tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling tools is a plus
