We are looking for a deadline-focused Female Technical Recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and assist in hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
  • Respond to candidates' quires and emails applicants informed on the application process
  • Manage the complete record and candidates profiles
  • Maintain the tracker timely in efficient way
  • Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
  • Assist in forecasting recruitment budgets.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Minimum Qualification should be Graduated/bachelor's
  • 01 to 02 years working experience as a technical recruiter.
  • Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • Good in English communication skills
