Fulcrum Pvt.Ltd. is looking for the position of "Phone Banking Officer" for one of its leading client in the banking sector.

Brief Job Description:

· To ensure phone calls and listen to customer's questions and concerns

· To ensure customer questions about Bank products and try to solve any problems they might have following Bank's procedures

Experience: 0-1 years

Education: Graduates. (Appeared & Waiting for results will not be entertained).

Age Limit: Maximum up to 30-years.

Salary: 37,000 to 45,000

Shifts: Rotational (Evening & Night)

Gender: Male

Location: Karachi

Note:

· Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply for the position.

· Candidate must have his own conveyance

· Should be willing to work in rotational shifts (evening, night)

· Bachelors Complete (degree or Marksheet needed)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs37, Rs45,000.00 per month
