Job Overview:

Firdous is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data & Operations Coordinator to manage and maintain all business-related records including data entry, banking information, outdoor tasks, barcode tracking, and production documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate data handling and supporting smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & Records Management:
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain all company records.
  • Organize and digitize documents, reports, and transaction details.
  • Keep all files (physical and digital) well-organized and accessible.
  • Banking & Financial Details:
  • Manage and record bank transactions as directed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all banking and sensitive financial data.
  • Assist in preparing basic financial summaries (optional).
  • Outdoor/Field Work:
  • Carry out assigned tasks outside the office when required (e.g., delivering documents, visiting suppliers/customers, banking errands).
  • Maintain a log of all outdoor tasks completed.
  • Barcode Management:
  • Generate, assign, and track barcodes for inventory and production items.
  • Ensure all products are correctly labeled and documented.
  • Production Data Handling:
  • Record daily production activities and maintain production reports.
  • Assist in coordinating with the production team for accurate data flow.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry, operations, or administrative work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data management software.
  • Good understanding of inventory and basic finance (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Capable of performing outdoor/field tasks when needed.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Working Hours:

  • 9Am To 6 Pm
  • Mon To Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20, Rs25,000.00 per month
