Key Responsibilities

• Track assigned tasks, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion.


• Draft professional emails, summaries, and reports for leadership.

Project & Organizational Development


• Collaborate on building new departments and initiatives aligned with business growth.


• Coordinate with managers to drive execution of strategic initiatives.


• Identify risks, delays, and dependencies, escalating to leadership when necessary.


• Maintain structured documentation and ensure smooth execution of company-wide projects
