Role Overview

We're seeking ambitious, fluent English-speaking HR professionals or fresh graduates to join our Talent Acquisition team. No prior recruitment experience is required — we provide comprehensive training in international hiring and recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for both technical and non-technical roles in the Canadian market.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals for effective talent sourcing.
  • Support senior recruiters throughout the hiring and onboarding process.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • A strong interest in recruitment and international HR practices.
  • Professional attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the organization.
  • Fresh graduates and A/O Level candidates with strong spoken English are highly encouraged to apply.
