The Pharmacist is responsible for facilitating clients in person or online. Ensure safe medication use, monitor patient history, and stay updated on advancements in medicine. Work with a team, including dietitians & nutrition, to plan the best medication action to help clients to achieve their health goals.

Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist / Senior Pharmacist - 01 Position (Male / Female

Location: Bahria Town, Phase-7, Rawalpindi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves clients by prescribing medications, and giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health care teams in DWF.
  • Monitoring clients' drug therapies with the health team.
  • Listen carefully to clients to interpret their needs and issues and offer information and advice on medications.
  • Handling client's queries and providing remote support where needed.
  • Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies; and advising interventions.
  • Provides pharmacological information to clients by answering questions and requests of health care professionals and counseling clients on drug therapies.
  • Identifying potential interactions between drugs and providing information to the clients.
  • Perform regular client reviews to identify and address any medicines-related issues and ensure clients get the best outcome from the medicines prescribed.
  • Make appropriate recommendations to the healthcare team for clients' ongoing treatment and the management of referrals.

· Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures.

Required Qualification & Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/ Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).

· Preferably, professional registration with the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan

· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in the health industry.
