Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad for a Sales & Service Engineer. The Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for sales, troubleshooting and providing field service, offering technical support, and performing maintenance and repair tasks. The candidate will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Field Service
  • Experience in Technical Support, Maintenance, and Repair
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Customer-focused with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with medical diagnostics and devices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical, or a related field
