Bitsclan is looking for a dynamic and strategic SEO & Social Media Manamgement Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimizations.
  • Optimize website conversion rates (CRO) to enhance user experience and increase sales/leads.
  • Plan, create, and run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to maximize conversions.
  • Analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tracking tools.
  • Develop and execute social media marketing (SMM) strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Work closely with content creators and designers to align digital marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in SEO, CRO, paid advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Proven experience in SEO, CRO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
  • Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
  • Understanding of website optimization, A/B testing, and marketing funnel strategies.
  • Ability to create and manage high-converting ad campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.
