Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Finance & Compliance based in Lahore. The Manager Finance & Compliance will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and budgeting, as well as ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Duties include monitoring internal controls, conducting financial audits, preparing financial statements, and liaising with regulatory bodies such as PSX & SECP.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial planning,
budgeting - Proficiency in compliance with SECP, PSX and regulatory standards for listed entities
- Experience in conducting financial audits and preparing financial statements for public listed entities
- Knowledge of finance-related software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and company secretarial roles
