About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and future-focused individual who can manage finance and administrative responsibilities while actively contributing to AI-driven initiatives. This is not a typical role—it blends accounting, administration, and AI innovation. You will work on projects that leverage AI tools to improve processes, enhance productivity, and build an AI-first culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

AI Culture & Initiatives:

  • Promote and implement AI-driven tools for finance, administration, and operations.

  • Identify opportunities to automate processes using AI solutions.

  • Conduct basic AI training sessions or demos for team members to build awareness.

  • Research and recommend AI tools for productivity and business insights.

Strategic & Initiative-Based Work:

  • Work closely with management to develop and implement new ideas for operational efficiency.

  • Participate in business improvement projects and support decision-making with data insights.

  • Assist in designing AI-friendly workflows and policies.

Accounts & Finance:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, reconciliations, and expense tracking.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis using AI tools where applicable.

Administration:

  • Oversee office operations and vendor coordination.

  • Support HR and admin processes with AI-enabled solutions for efficiency.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of finance & accounting fundamentals.

  • Basic knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI analytics platforms, automation tools).

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and digital transformation.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.

  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
