What you'll do:
  • Install softwares and manage all company laptops, mobile phones and tablets. (MacOS,Android,Windows)
  • Install softwares and manage all Android/Apple and other mobile phones and similar devices
  • Coordinate with vendor and ensure Quality and consistency of internet via consistent monitoring
  • Providing IT support and resolving problems for colleagues.
  • Manage IT support requests and all IT hardware related issues
  • Keep up-to-date records of procurement and logistics data, including purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
  • Support in vendor selection and management..
  • End to end petty cash management and record keeping.
  • Independently oversee office management, consumables tracking and reordering etc
  • Lead and manage Office staff.
  • Any other tasks relevant to IT and Admin departments.
What we are looking for:
2 years of relevant experience in IT support with a willingness to take on administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS office is a plus.
