Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing invoices and maintaining related data in spreadsheets
  • Verifying prices as per approved price lists before invoice filing (to avoid overcharges)
  • Preparing quotations using Excel templates based on given measurements
  • Managing reminders and maintaining daily task diaries
  • Handling routine communication through emails and WhatsApp
  • Updating and keeping stock records accurate and organized

Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Basic proficiency in Excel
