Social Media Expert
to join our mission of delivering exceptional experiences worldwide.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative, up-to-date technical expert and results-driven Social Media Expert to manage our global presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the period Customer Engagement Target on Social Media Platforms.
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars one month in advance.
  • Create engaging, plagiarism-free content (posts, captions, newsletters, banners, ads, and other creatives).
  • Manage influencer campaigns (research, outreach, communication, approvals, payments).
  • Oversee affiliate marketing programs via GOaffPro, ShareASale, Klaviyo & PushOwl and other current tools.
  • Manage/ Handle YouTube SEO, uploads, and optimization.
  • Manage comments, queries, and negative feedback to maintain brand reputation.
  • Track and report KPIs, ROI, and competitor insights.

Requirements:

  • Master's in Marketing, Media, or related field.
  • A minimum of 4+ years' experience in managing social media marketing.
  • Strong proven copywriting & storytelling skills.
  • Experience with influencer/affiliate platforms.
  • Strong hands-on technical experience in managing Social Media Tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure with limited resources.
  • Sound Writing and Spoken skills in English.
  • Hands-on industry experience in managing Global Social Media Tools.
  • Strong skills in using and managing AI tools. Knowledge of Canva/Adobe Suite (preferred).
