We are rapidly expanding and building a world-class team to handle Logistics, Marketing, and Product Design. To lead this growth, we are looking for an Operations & People Manager a key leadership hire who will work directly with the founders and set up our core departments.

Role Overview

As an Operations & People Manager, you will be the right hand to the founders. Your mission will be to hire, structure, and manage the Logistics, Marketing, and Design departments while implementing systems, KPIs, and smooth workflows across global operations.

This is a COO-track position — meaning you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the business, with direct involvement in decision-making and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hiring & Team Building
  • Recruit and onboard top talent for Logistics, Marketing, and Design.
  • Define job descriptions, KPIs, and reporting lines.
  • Operations Management
  • Develop SOPs, workflows, and reporting systems.
  • Coordinate smoothly between Pakistan (production/logistics) and Canada (fulfillment).
  • Performance & Accountability
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and deliver weekly/monthly reports.
  • Resolve operational bottlenecks quickly and effectively.
  • Scaling & Growth
  • Support setup of U.S. fulfillment structures and 3rd-party logistics partnerships.
  • Continuously optimize processes for efficiency and cost savings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree/MBA preferred).
  • 5–7+ years of proven experience in operations, HR, or business management.
  • Hands-on experience in e-commerce (Shopify preferred), retail, or fashion industry.
  • Strong track record of building, scaling, and managing teams.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling cross-border operations (Pakistan–Canada–USA).

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • 3 departments staffed and running within 3–6 months.
  • Founders relieved from 50% of daily operational tasks within 6 months.
  • 100% on-time delivery of KPI reports.
  • Operational issues resolved within 48 hours average.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sialkot Cantt.
