Location: Head Office, Rawat Industrial Area, Rawalpindi, Pakistan

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office located in the Rawat Industrial Area, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales materials, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized sales files.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, manage, and analyze sales-related documents, proposals, and contracts. Generate regular sales reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update customer records and sales data accurately in the company's systems.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, ensuring excellent communication flow between the sales team, other departments, and clients.
  • Presentations: Create professional presentations (using MS PowerPoint) for sales meetings and client pitches.
  • Order Coordination: Assist in coordinating sales orders, monitoring inventory status, and tracking shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar administrative role.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both Urdu and English, written and verbal communication is mandatory.
  • Technical Proficiency: Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically:
  • MS Excel (Data entry, formulas, reporting, and analysis).
  • MS Word (Document creation and formatting).
  • MS PowerPoint (Presentation design and delivery).

Essential Requirements:

  • Location: Must be based in or able to easily commute to the Rawat Industrial Area, Rawalpindi.
  • Personal Transport: Must possess a personal motorcycle/bike for reliable daily commute. Candidates living nearby are highly preferred.
  • Availability: Must be available for immediate or soon joining upon selection.
