Job Title: Business Development Executive (Outbound Sales)

What You'll Do:

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Identify decision-makers and build strong client relationships.
  • Pitch products/services confidently and handle objections effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain records of leads and opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and close deals.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year experience in sales, business development, or outbound calling. (Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to earn more through performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
