Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Procurement Officer. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing purchase orders, handling contract negotiation, carrying out procurement activities, and overseeing purchasing operations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing procurement needs, developing strategies for cost-effective purchasing, and maintaining supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Purchase Orders and Purchasing
  • Skills in Contract Negotiation and Procurement
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience in an educational institution is a plus
