We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Onboarding Officer to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, approach, and onboard potential vendors and sellers from the construction industry, including builders, contractors, material suppliers, and product manufacturers.The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with businesses in the construction and real estate sector.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 & 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆: Research and identify potential vendors, builders, and sellers in the construction industry.

𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 & 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Connect with prospective partners through calls, visits, emails, or networking events to present the platform's benefits.

𝗣𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 & 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to explain how onboarding will help vendors grow their business.

𝗢𝗻𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Guide new vendors through the registration, documentation, and product listing process.

𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Build strong relationships with key vendors and ensure their satisfaction and continued engagement.

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Stay up-to-date with construction market trends, competitor activities, and emerging vendor categories.

𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: Maintain accurate records of leads, progress, and conversions.

𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Work closely with the marketing, product, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and vendor success.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or vendor acquisition — preferably in the construction, real estate, or B2B marketplace sector.

𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲: Strong understanding of construction materials, suppliers, contractors, and related industry dynamics.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu; ability to confidently pitch and negotiate with vendors.

𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Proven capability to build and maintain professional relationships with builders, contractors, and suppliers.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Ability to deliver engaging sales pitches, demos, and onboarding sessions to diverse audiences.

𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and online communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Business, Zoom, etc.).

𝗡𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘂𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: Strong convincing power and ability to handle objections effectively.

𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Goal-oriented, energetic, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Willingness to travel locally for vendor meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.

𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Strong team player who can coordinate effectively with marketing, operations, and product teams.
