Client Onboarding Assistant
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up and onboarding new client accounts on our internal platforms, ensuring a smooth and professional start to their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage client accounts on company portals and integrated systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client data accuracy and timely activation.
  • Support clients through the onboarding process and assist with initial queries.
  • Maintain records and documentation of all onboarding activities.
  • Provide administrative and technical assistance to the onboarding team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of online platforms, CRMs, or client portals.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
