Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) by managing day-to-day activities, coordinating communication, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth execution of the COO's directives across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research, collect, and analyze data to prepare reports, briefs, and presentations as required by the COO.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the COO, handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain the COO's calendar, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Arrange and oversee all aspects of the COO's travel, logistics, and accommodation.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with relevant managers to ensure timely completion of assigned projects and deliverables.
  • Assist in drafting official communications, reports, and presentations for the COO's office.
  • Support the COO in tracking departmental performance, project updates, and operational KPIs.

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's preferred).

Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience supporting senior executives

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
