Associate Product Manager

Pakistan Folio3 Full time 1,200,000 - 3,600,000 per year

Effectively contribute to the growth of Folio3 according to the strategy and plan. Individual(s) in this position will be responsible for playing a key role towards competitor analysis, assisting in conceptualization of new products, engaging cross-functional teams to bring them to realization, in line with the business needs and requirements at hand.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate conceptualization of new products or features for development based on customer awareness and/or research.
  • Assist Product Managers in conducting App Discoveries, and generate and connect ideas into products, from business to technical aspects.
  • Provide perspective and input on value of the product roadmap and backlog, identifying enhancements and adding them to the product backlog.
  • Liaise between Product Managers and Design team to create easy-to-use experiences across apps (Mobile, Consumer, ERP etc.). Assist in running service design workshops with key users to develop screen flow and designs.
  • Take ownership of product deliverables and enhance feature quality through multiple review and feedback iterations.
  • Research, define, suggest prioritization and document product requirements, user stories for feature enhancements of existing and new applications while considering the needs of existing customers, competitive market offerings and overall company strategy.
  • Research, understand market trends and technology advancements; and provide recommendations to product manager(s) while incorporating them in Product plans.
  • Contribute to the operational planning for the Product solutions team.
  • Document defined requirements, user stories, mock-ups/design on in-house WIKI as the source of detailed requirements for development, Q/A and documentation.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams to execute on product development (IT Development, Operations & Business).
  • Define metrics to monitor performance of solutions including customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for internal stakeholders for new product/service releases.
  • Participate and own speaking engagements or product demonstrations as needed.
  • Support any required RFI/RFP requests, training, tools, collateral, and knowledge bases.
