Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for the role of Head of Product, based in Islamabad. The Head of Product will oversee the creation and implementation of product strategies while leading cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify customer needs, developing innovative product solutions, and managing the product lifecycle. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance product offerings and achieve business growth.

  • Strong expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management to guide the development and execution of impactful solutions
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Market Research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and teams
  • Proven experience in leadership and demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Background in financial services or a banking environment is highly beneficial
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results
