  • Yearly financial budgeting development ( Food Court Outlets)
  • Monthly management reporting
  • Review of Balance Sheet
  • Provision of reports required by the BOD and management
  • Reconciliation of sales by the ticketing team and deposits by Accounts Team
  • Ensuring recording of sales in SAP for all four projects Outdoor, Super Space, Food Xpress and City Walk
  • Ensuring recording of deposits in SAP and reconciliation with POS
  • Reconciliation of amounts deposited in banks for the above four projects and sharing reports with Head of Finance
  • Monthly Inventory Counts supervision.
  • Review of Accounts Payable and Payment cycle
  • Review of CAPEX Payments and their recording in appropriate ledgers
  • Reconciliation of CAPEX and transfer to required FAR classifications
  • Review of Monthly Bank reconciliation statements
  • Review of the Fixed Asset registers on monthly basis to evaluate accuracy and existence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs120,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Yearly financial budgeting: 4 years (Preferred)
  • Monthly management reporting responsibility: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Financial Reporting: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Review of Balance Sheet: 4 years (Preferred)
