The
Assistant Manager – Accounts Receivable
will be responsible for managing and monitoring all aspects of the company's receivables process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding dues, proper reconciliation of accounts, and accurate reporting. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills to maintain healthy cash flow and effective business relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

-Oversee the end-to-end account's receivable function, including collections, and reconciliations.

-Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to minimize overdue balances.

-Coordinate with the operations and finance teams to resolve discrepancies or disputes.

-Prepare and review customer account reconciliations regularly.

-Maintain the aging report and ensure periodic review with management.

-Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring proper revenue recognition.

-Develop and implement process improvements for better efficiency and control.

-Prepare receivable-related reports and analyses.

Skills and Experience:

-Education: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.

-Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance function.

-Strong understanding of accounting principles and receivable management.

-Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and internal teams.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

-High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
