We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all customer queries and communications across multiple social media platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Occasionally, this role may require visiting clients in person to provide support or gather information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and monitor customer service inboxes to provide support and resolve issues.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our services to answer questions effectively and provide accurate information.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments, ensuring they are addressed and resolved.
  • Track and report common inquiries, suggesting improvements to streamline customer service processes.
  • Assist in crafting FAQs, responses, and content for social media platforms to help address common customer concerns proactively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably with experience in social media management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and patience when handling customer concerns.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with various teams as needed.
  • Familiarity with business registration services is a plus, though training will be provided.
