Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and seasoned Accounting and Finance Manager to become a key part of our growing team. In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, and delivering strategic insights to support business decisions. Your expertise will drive efficiency, accuracy, and long-term financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Oversee U.S. federal, state, and local tax filings with full compliance.

Manage A/P, A/R, and cash flow using QuickBooks and

Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP and IRS regulations.

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with stakeholders across client entities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.

5+ years of experience managing U.S. financial accounts.

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Paychex, and

Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.
