Job Overview

We are seeking a Delivery & Production Manager to lead end-to-end furniture production and delivery operations. This role is ideal for a self-driven, field-active professional who ensures furniture is manufactured according to SOPs, completed on time, finished to quality standards, properly packed, delivered safely, and handed over to customers with a strong service mindset.

The position requires coordination between workshop production, dispatch logistics, sales support, and customer handling, making it suitable for candidates with backgrounds in industrial, mechanical, civil, chemical engineering, interior design, architecture, or product design, as well as motivated professionals transitioning from field sales, real estate, delivery rider supervision, customer service, or business development roles.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Quality Management

• Supervise furniture production from raw material to final finishing.
• Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cutting, polishing, painting, assembly, and finishing are strictly followed.
• Monitor timelines to ensure on-time production and dispatch.
• Conduct quality inspections for structure, finishing, color, polish, alignment, and durability.
• Coordinate with carpenters, polishers, and workshop supervisors to resolve issues.

Delivery, Packing & Dispatch

• Oversee professional packing standards to prevent damage during transport.
• Supervise loading, route planning, and timely deliveries.
• Ensure proper documentation, delivery acknowledgments, and post-delivery checks.
• Manage returns, replacements, or damage issues with proper reporting.

Customer & Sales Support

• Act as a customer representative during high-value or complex orders.
• Coordinate with sales, showroom staff, and field teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support after-sales service, issue resolution, and follow-ups.
• Represent the brand professionally during site visits and field operations.

Field & Business Coordination

• Visit project sites, residential locations, real estate offices, and commercial spaces when required.
• Support business development by coordinating with interior designers, contractors, and real estate agents.
• Train delivery riders and field staff on handling, customer etiquette, and SOP compliance.
• Maintain production, delivery, and performance reports for management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or related disciplines.
• 2–5 years experience in production management, furniture manufacturing, site supervision, delivery operations, or field-based management roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing SOPs, quality control, and logistics.
• Ability to work in a field-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: Rs30, Rs60,000.00 per month
