Job Title: Tender & Admin Coordinator

Location: MESA, Phase 8, DHA, Karachi

Salary: PKR 30,000 per month + Fuel Allowance + Communication Charges

Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender & Admin Coordinator to join our team at MESA. This role involves preparing and organizing tender documents, handling correspondence, managing the office calendar, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and submit tender documentation in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an organized tender database and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Draft, edit, and manage official letters and email correspondence.
  • Manage the office calendar, scheduling meetings and deadlines.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and relevant stakeholders for tender requirements.
  • Keep accurate records of tender submissions and outcomes.
  • Support management in daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic Canva design skills will be considered a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
